Warrenpoint Town closed the gap at the top a little with a three-goal defeat of Dergview at Milltown.
Steven Ball opened the scoring midway through the first half with a finish into the bottom corner after he was found in space by Fra McCaffrey.
Ball then turned provider moments from the break to tee up Jake O'Connor to fire into the top corner.
That was how it stayed until four minutes from time when Ray O'Sullivan wrapped the scoring up with Warrenpoint's third.
