'POINT EDGE THROUGH AFTER EXTRA-TIME WINNER
Greg Moorhouse's extra-time winner gave Warrenpoint Town the edge over Newry City in the 'Mourne Derby' at The Showgrounds.
Brian Healy opened the scoring for the home side with two minutes on the clock but this was cancelled out by Alan O'Sullivan's equaliser clinical finish into the bottom left corner just after the half-hour mark.
After the break Moorhouse had a number of efforts either saved or blocked while Newry had the ball in the net with a quarter-of-an-hour remaining although this was ruled out offside.
'Point substitute Ryan Masterson twice came close in the closing moments of normal time but it took Moorhouse's 101st minute diving header from Kealan Dillon's cross to the back post to separate the sides.
