Glenavon have moved to sign striker Sodiq Oguntola from Dublin based club Bluebell United.

The 29-year-old makes the switch after a year spent with the Leinster Senior League side with earlier stints in his career including spells with Athlone Town, Shelbourne and Cabinteely.

The Nigerian citizen is Gary Hamilton's second signing of the summer following the earlier arrival of keeper Rory Brown.

Speaking to the official club website, Hamilton said: "[Sodiq] comes with a good recommendation and he’ll provide a physical element to our attack which we have been lacking for a while."
