Cliftonville Ladies, Glentoran Women and Sion Swifts Ladies all picked up impressive victories as the Avenir Sports All Island Cup continued.

Linfield Women also travelled south to earn a point while Crusaders Strikers lost in Dublin.

Glentoran stormed to an impressive five-goal victory over League of Ireland leaders Peamount United in Greenogue, with Caragh Hamilton bagging a superb second half hat-trick.

Joely Andrews headed the Glens in front just after the half-hour mark to hand the visitors the lead at the break.

Hamilton then doubled their advantage on 70 minutes before doubling up at the back post a few minutes later.

She went on to claim the match ball with four minutes remaining, with Emily Wilson completing the rout from distance in stoppage time.

Cliftonville came from a goal down to get the better of Bohemians at Dalymount Park.

Kira Bates-Crosbie headed the Bohs in front late in the first half from a Lisa Murphy free-kick but the Reds levelled early in the second period when Abbie Magee finished off a sweeping team move.

Then, on 67 minutes, Danielle Maxwell knocked home what proved to be the winner from the tightest of angles.

The Bohs might have levelled late on from the spot but Mia Dodd could only send her effort wide.

Sion Swifts hit four goals past Sligo Rovers in Strabane.

The sides traded goals late in the first half when a deflection off Kate Nugent edged Sion in front on 41 minutes ahead of Sarah Kiernan’s rifled equaliser into the bottom corner deep into added time.

But Sion took charge after the break with Kerry Brown, Caoirse Doherty and Tara O’Connor-Farren all finding the net.

Linfield raced into an early lead against Shelbourne at Tolka Park, but were pegged back late in the game.

Keri Halliday opened the scoring when she broke clear to confidently finish on ten minutes, a lead the Blues held until nine minutes from time when Megan Smyth-Lynch scored direct from a free-kick.

Meanwhile, at the UCD Bowl, Crusaders Strikers went down 3-1 to DLR Waves.

Michelle Doonan found the net at the start of each half to hand control to the home side and although a Mairead McCann strike with ten minutes remaining offered the Strikers some hope of a late revival they did go on to concede a third goal in the closing moments.
