WHITES ON TOP AS TWO OFF AT BALLYSKEAGH

The Whites continued their winning start to the season with a two-goal defeat of Queen's University.

Jonathan McCaw fired the Whites in front after 16 minutes with a volley from outside the area left 'keeper Declan Brown unable to move as the ball sailed in to the top left corner.

Queen's might have levelled soon after only for Conor Mulholland to head just over.

The Whites were reduced to ten men early in the second half when Gary Workman was dismissed for violent conduct.

The visitors ended the game a man down themselves after substitute Ciaran O'Hare received two bookings in quick succession late in the game before Paul Young made sure of the points for Distillery after showing great composure to turn the ball home.
