Biography

Bigirimana signed for Glentoran in August 2020, just a day after they were drawn against Scottish side Motherwell in the UEFA Europa League 1st Qualifying Round. ‘Bigi’ has played for a host of clubs in his career, including Coventry City, Newcastle United, Motherwell and Hibernian. The midfielder, who was part of a Newcastle side that featured Moussa Sissoko, Hatem Ben Arfa and James Tavernier, features regularly for his national side Burundi.
