Larne swept to a three-goal defeat of Dergview at Inver Park on what was the last game on the current grass pitch before it will be replaced by an artifical surface over the summer.

Thomas Stewart edged Larne into the lead after eight minutes when he latched onto a Martin Donnelly lobbed pass to poke the ball past Dergview 'keeper Alan Buchanan.

That was how it stayed until, half-an-hour later, Ciaran Caldwell claimed his first goal for the club finishing off a fine move to double Larne's lead.

Then, seven minutes in the second half, David Scullion completed the scorng with an audacious half volley from around 25 yards.
