An entertaining encounter at Holm Park saw Lurgan Celtic leave with all three points on the back of a 2-1 win over Armagh City.
The game was only three minutes old when Celtic's Kevin Hagan headed a Peter McCann corner firmly into the Armagh net for the opening goal.
It was a short lived lead, however, as Armagh defender Sean Mallon fired a sublime free-kick over the Celtic defensive wall and into the top corner of the net for the equaliser.
But Celtic regained the advantage on the half-hour mark when Rioghan Crawford beat the offside trap before lifting the ball over Daniel Devine to grab his second goal of the week.
The second half was largely dominated by Armagh, and although Ryan Corrigan supplied numerous fine deliveries into the Celtic danger area, none were converted.
Celtic could have extended their lead when Sean O'Reilly narrowly missed when well placed following a quick counter attack. Armagh substitute Shea Campbell had several excellent chances to draw the sides level, firstly heading narrowly over when well placed following a corner and also clipping the bar with a snapshot right at the death.
