Goals from Shea Campbell and Conor McAnallen secured Premier Intermediate League safety for Armagh City with victory over Annagh United in the final game of the season.

Campbell opened the scoring midway through the first half, smashing a spot-kick past keeper Simon Haffey awarded after Andrew Wilson had been brought down.

For the rest of the opening half City should have increased the lead but several chances were spurned although in one move Ruairi Duffy played the ball to Campbell and he hit a great effort which curled just past the angle of the top left hand corner with the keeper well beaten.

McAnallen made sure of the points on 67 minutes when he rose at the far post to plant a header into the net after Wilson had superbly sent over a corner.
