Cathair Friel (85)

Shea Campbell (66)
Scott McCordick (78)

Cathair Friel struck twice - and missed a penalty - as Limavady United shared the goals with Annagh United in this first meeting between the sides.

Friel broke the deadlock two minutes into first half stoppage time with a successfully converted spot-kick after he had been upended by Annagh 'keeper Ciaran Fox.

The visitors struck back with two goals midway through the second half.

First, on 66 minutes, Shea Campbell levelled after he made the most of a Corey McMullan slip to slot the ball under Matthew McGraw.

Then, on 78 minutes, Scott McCordick with a drive into the top corner from outside the box after a corner wasn't cleared by the home defence.

The Roesiders thought they had levelled three minutes later when Friel was brought down once more, this time by defender Richard Allen, but on this occasion he saw Fox turn his penalty around an upright.

But Friel wasn't to be denied four minutes after that when he reacted quickest to a loose ball bouncing around the area to poke home the equaliser.
