IT was a third successive win for Knockbreda on Saturday with a convincing 4-0 victory over a resolute Chimney Corner side at Upper Braniel Road.

It was goalless until the 40 minute mark, when Miguel Chines turned well and fired home from inside the box.

Previously he and striking partner Paul Young had chances to break the deadlock.

The most clear cut being a one-on-one for Young, who beat the keeper not once but twice, before having his finish cleared off the line by a Corner defender.

The keeper then produced a fantastic save from his volley, following a Rab Young cross from the right flank.

The second half saw Chines grab two goals in five minutes to complete yet another hat-trick for the Portuguese captain.

His first from a tight angle following a P.Young assist and the second a powerful volley from a Connor Corry header.

Chines' replacement Mark Miller grabbed the fourth late on with a thunderous strike with the outside of his boot into the top corner.
