Dylan Smiley (79)
Kyle Beggs (83)

Moyola Park clocked up their third win on the trot with victory over Banbridge Town at Mill Meadow.

Moyola had the first opportunity in the fifth minute when, from the edge of the area, Conor Taggart connected with a right wing cross but his effort sailed over the bar.

Banbridge followed that up some ten minutes later when a cross from James Wilson was headed goalwards only for Marcin Farniok to make a tremendous triple save which included a shot on the rebound from Neil Clydesdale.

Stephen Greene and Kevin Anderson superbly blocked goalbound efforts as Moyola had the better of the further chances created while Gerard McErlean produced an excellent stop to deny Daniel McIlhatton.

Banbridge were first out of the blocks after the resumption with Clydesdale shooting wide from Ryan Moffatt's cross. Jack McCreanor then drove forward from midfield but the end product failed to match the intention.

Moyola gradually worked their way back into the match and were denied by a goalline clearance from Daniel Devlin but, on 79 minutes, they did go in front through Dylan Smiley with a sublime finish from Kyle Beggs' cross down the left.

Then, four minutes after that, Beggs himself got on the scoresheet to secure the points after a counter attack.
