ROESIDERS CLOSE GAP AT THE TOP
Second placed Limavady United closed the gap at the top to just six points with victory over Ballinamallard United at the Showgrounds.
Ian Parkhill edged the Roesiders in front inside the opening ten minutes after a corner caused problems for the visitors, but the Mallards levelled soon after when home keeper Martin Gallagher appeared to turn the ball into his own net following good work from Jamie Dunne.
That was how it stayed until midway through the second half when Joe McCready knocked home the winner for Limavady.
