Two goals early in the first half helped Coleraine defeat Dungannon Swifts at Stangmore Park to move the Bannsiders into fourth spot in the table.
The Swifts created the first real effort of note after nine minutes when Oisin Smyth forced Chris Johns into a low save to keep the ball out.
Coleraine moved in front on 14 minutes, however, when Jamie McGonigle delivered a well judged cross for James McLaughlin to turn the ball home from eight yards.
Eight minutes after that Stephen Lowry made it 2-0 when he swivelled to fire into the net after a Ben Doherty corner fell for him.
Dungannon attempted to work their way back into the game after this with Mark Patton directing a header on target but without the power to beat Johns while Alan Teggart fired wide before the break.
Then, on the hour, Michael Carvill almost marked his Swifts debut with a goal only for Johns to make a comfortable save.
He came close again towards the end of the game with an effort over the bar from a Smyth lay-off while, in stoppage time, Coleraine might have added a third only for Cormac Burke to smash the ball against the crossbar.
