THE draw for the 3rd Round of the IRN-BRU League Cup has been made at Irish FA Headquarters.

Holders Lisburn Distillery welcome Crusaders to New Grosvenor, whilst Linfield have been rewarded for their extra-time win in round two, with a home tie against Glenavon at Windsor Park.

The standout tie of the round sees high flying Portadown travelling to east Belfast to tackle Glentoran who are looking to avenge their defeat to Ronnie McFall’s side at the semi-final stage last season.

The full draw is as follows:-

  • Bangor v. Ballymena United
  • Carrick Rangers v. Limavady United
  • Cliftonville v. Dungannon Swifts
  • Donegal Celtic v. Dergview
  • Glentoran v. Portadown
  • Linfield v. Glenavon
  • Lisburn Distillery v. Crusaders
  • Newry City v. Coleraine


Games will be played on Wednesday, 12th October (kick-off 7:45pm).
