CLIFTONVILLE recovered from an early setback to book their place in the IRN-BRU League Cup semi-finals.
The Ports moved in front after just two minutes when, from a corner, Chris Ramsey nodded the ball past Conor Devlin from close range.
Darren Murray might have struck after a quarter-of-an-hour later only to be denied when Devlin tipped his effort over before Richard Lecky headed straight at the home 'keeper.
Cliftonville came back into the game with Stephen Garrett coming closest when he fired the ball onto the join between crossbar and post.
The Reds did level on 72 minutes after James Knowles sent the ball into the penalty area for Joe Gormley to finish into the bottom left-hand corner.
Then, three minutes later, Liam Boyce jinked his way through the Ports defence before beating David Miskelly with a left-foot drive.
And, with eight minutes remaining, substitute Diarmuid O'Carroll completed the scoring after Gormley had flicked the ball into his path.
