Some of the Danske Bank Women's Premiership brightest young stars dominate the Northern Ireland U19 squad named today ahead of this month's friendly double header against Canada and England.

Manager Alfie Wylie has named no fewer than 17 players from six clubs amongst his 20-strong squad for the games on Thursday 11th (Canada) and the English hosts on the 13th.

Linfield lead the way with eight call ups while Crusaders Strikers (four) and Glentoran Women (two) also have multiple players named amongst the panel. In addition Derry City, Cliftonville Ladies and Sion Swifts Ladies have one player each included.
