Lisburn Distillery manager Johnny Clapham has brought Joe Reid back to the club after a season away.

The 22-year-old central defender left the Whites in June last year after a couple of years at New Grosvenor, during which time he impressed enough to earn a place in the Northern Ireland Regions Cup squad.

Prior to that he spent a season with Newington after making the step up from the Amateur League.

Reid is Clapham's first signing of the transfer window, although he has been busy over the summer securing the futures of no fewer than 18 members of last season's panel.
