Bluefin Sport Championship club Dundela have begun the search for a new manager after parting company with Bryan McCarroll.

The club posted a statement on Tuesday, “Dundela have parted company with the management team of Bryan McCarroll, Russell Bowers and Stephen Gourley. The Committee wish to place on record their sincere thanks to the three gentlemen for their time, enthusiasm & tireless efforts while at the Club.”

After an impressive start to the 2019/2020 season in the second tier, the East Belfast club eventually found themselves in sixth place in the standings when football was suspended back in March.

A veteran of over ten seasons at Wilgar Park as a player, Bryan McCarroll was appointed as Dundela manager in July 2018.

In a statement on the club’s social media; “The Committee of Dundela Football Club are seeking expressions of interest for the position of Senior Team Manager/Head Coach.

“Please note interested parties should as a minimum hold a UEFA 'B' coaching licence as the team participate in the NIFL Championship.”

Closing date for application is Friday 3rd July 2020. Please forward details & C.V. to [email protected] (Mobile 07903810982)
