Annagh United midfielder Craig Taylor is Championship Player of the Month for November.

The left-winger has garnered a reputation for his long throws, but he also scored three goals of his own as Annagh claimed four wins from four games.

Taylor said: “November was a superb month for us as we beat Ards, Dergview, H&W Welders and Knockbreda. Fortunately, I was able to weigh in with a few goals and a few assists, but the whole team was superb.”

On his lethal long throws, Taylor said: “I’ve always been able to throw the ball quite far, I’m not sure why because I’m not a big guy. It’s something that’s difficult to defend against. It’s a good way for me to help the team.”
