Cliftonville have announced the signing of defender Jonny Addis from Ballymena United.
The 28-year-old makes the move to Solitude after being released by the Sky Blues at the end of his contract, making 21 appearances last season.
He had spent three years at The Showgrounds, and prior to that spent five years at Glentoran after kicking off his career at Carrick Rangers as a teenager.
Addis is looking forward to getting started with the Reds. "I’m delighted to be here. The main attraction was Paddy and what he’s done since he’s been here," he told the official club website.
"He’s brought a good squad together, a good group of players and you can see the progression from January with the players he brought in and how they pushed for Europe towards the end of the year, so definitely exciting things can happen here and I’m looking forward to getting going."
