It’s as you were at the top of the Lough 41 Premier Intermediate League after the top five all picked up wins and kept clean sheets into the bargain!

Leaders Bangor swept to a three-goal victory over Tobermore United at Clandeboye Park.

Two goals in as many minutes midway through the first half from Ben Arthurs and Lewis Harrison put the Seasiders into a strong position before Gareth Beattie added the third with a quarter-of-an-hour remaining.

Queen’s University, in second, needed just one goal to get past Dollingstown at The Dub. Ben Mulgrew grabbed it after just five minutes with a deft finish from Lorcan McIlroy’s cross.

That kept the Students a point ahead of Ballymacash Rangers after their 2-0 win over Lisburn Distillery at Ballyskeagh. Jordan Morrison opened the scoring from the spot on 20 minutes, while Kyle Beggs made sure with the second just after the hour.

Two Alex Pomeroy goals – one in each half – handed Limavady United the points away to Portstewart, while Moyola Park hit five without reply past bottom of the table PSNI at Fortwilliam Park. Jayden Withers hit a hat-trick while Mark Kelly and Samuel McIlveen also weighed in with a goal apiece.

Meanwhile, Armagh City defeated Banbridge Town by the odd goal in three at Crystal Park. Darren McGrath opened the scoring for Town, but Stefan Lavery and Conor Mullen hit back for the Eagles.
