Glentoran Women edged out Crusaders Strikers 1-0 at Ulidia Playing Fields thanks to Makyla Mulholland's strike to book their place in the League Cup final.
The East Belfast outfit had defeated Spike Hill's Crues 5-0 less than two weeks prior but Monday's contest proved a much more closely fought affair.
The Glens came close several times in the opening 15 minutes hitting the post twice and the Crusaders keeper Kirsty McCaughtry pulling off a string of saves.
On 22 minutes Glentoran were awarded a penalty after Rachel Rogan was brought down in the box but McCaughtry saved the Demi Vance shot that was destined for the bottom right corner.
A second half Mulholland header on 50 minutes, from a Demi Vance freekick was enough to ensure that the East Belfast outfit booked their slot in the final showpiece.
The drama didn't end there as on 75 minutes Yasmin White of the hosts was dismissed for a second yellow card.
Glentoran will now meet Sion Swifts in the final next month.
