STRONG REPRESENTATION IN SENIOR WOMEN'S SQUAD

The Danske Bank Women’s Premiership boasts a strong contingent of 13 players in the Northern Ireland full international team for games against Holland and Norway in the next week.

Alfie Wylie's Senior Women’s team face a World Cup Qualifying double header Holland in Eindhoven on Friday 6 April before returning home to host Norway at Shamrock Park on Tuesday 10 April.

Crusaders’ Strikers defender Julie Nelson could be in line to win her 100th full international cap should she compete in both fixtures.

Reigning champions Linfield Ladies are the most represented Women’s Premiership team with six players including; Lauren Perry, Ashley Hutton, Megan Bell, Louise McDaniel, Kirsty McGuinness and Rebecca McKenna.

Glentoran Women’s FC have three call ups in Jessica Foy, Demi Vance and Yasmin White. Crusaders Strikers (Julie Nelson and Emily Wilson) and Cliftonville Ladies (Marrisa Callaghan and Billie Simpson) have two representatives apiece.
