Both Cliftonville Ladies and Crusaders Strikers, currently second and third in the table, are in the North-West this evening while Glentoran Womens FC host Portadown Ladies in another important round of Danske Bank Women's Premiership games.

Derry City Ladies v Crusaders Strikers

Derry City host Crusaders at the Brandywell (kick-off 7:45pm) aiming to collect their second league win of the season following last weeks victory away to Portadown.

It will be Kevin McLaughlin's first home game in the dugout for the Candystripes, who will be without Eimear Reddin as she leaves to study in America.

Also missing will be centre-back duo Ellie Duffy and Aiveen Lavery plus front pair Gemma McGuinness and Lauren Cregan. However, City do welcome Coral Lapsley and Ella McLaughlin back into the squad.

Crusaders travel to the North-West hoping to put their recent run of form behind them, having lost their last three league matches to Cliftonville, Linfield and, most recently, Sion Swifts. The Crues have Chloe Archibald available again after a knock and will also have Nadine Murphy back in the squad.

Glentoran Women's v Portadown Ladies

Glentoran host Portadown and will be aiming to return to winning ways after last weeks narrow defeat away to Cliftonville Ladies.

This will be the second fixture between these sides this season with Glentoran coasting to a 9-0 victory away at Shamrock Park. Recent weeks have proved inconsistent for the Glens who have one win, one draw and one defeat in their last three games.

Portadown still sit bottom of the Danske Bank Women's Premiership without picking up a point and are four points behind Derry City Ladies.

Sion Swifts Ladies v Cliftonville Ladies

In the final game of the night second placed Cliftonville travel to the North West aiming to narrow the gap on league leaders Linfield to six points.

The home side are five points behind Cliftonville and will be hoping to get backing to winning ways following the defeat to Linfield last week.

Cliftonville have a full side to select from after last weeks narrow victory over Glentoran.

In the previous meeting this season Cliftonville claimed all three points at Solitude with a 2-1 victory.
