Ballyclare Comrades and Knockbreda battled to an equal share of the points and goals at Dixon Park.
The visitors moved in front as early as the sixth minute courtesy of a superb 25-yard strike from Ethan Devine.
However, Ballyclare levelled on 36 minutes through Liam McKenna following good work from Andy Mooney before the same player edged the Comrades in front just a couple of minutes after that with a headed finish from Adam Gray's cross.
That was how it stayed until seven minutes after the break when 'Breda levelled through Lee Rea.
Indeed, Knockbreda came closest to sealing the points with a number of efforts being kept out or dropping just wide.
