Loughgall moved six points clear at the top of the table with victory over Newington at Lakeview Park.
Nedas Maciulaitis, with his fifth goal of the season, opened the scoring on 20 minutes but this was cancelled out by a Robbie McVarnock finish just after the half-hour mark.
But Ben Murdock restored the Villagers' lead with a powerful volley with around a quarter-of-an-hour remaining.
