William Faulkner has become Dundela manager Colin Nixon's third signing of the summer.

Faulkner, 30, returns to Wilgar Park for the third time in his career although his most recent spell was back during the 2012/13 campaign.

Since then the midfielder spent a season-and-a-half with Ards, over two years with Ballymena United and last term made 31 appearances for Carrick Rangers.

It has been a busy period for Nixon since stepping into the Dundela hotseat. As well as securing Faulkner's services, he has brought Daniel Burns back to the club and teamed up again with experienced defender Johnny Taylor.
