Experienced defender Johnny Taylor has made the switch to Dundela in a move which sees him teaming up once again with boss Colin Nixon.

They most recently worked together at Ards, for whom Taylor bagged three goals in 28 appearances last season.

In addition the pair played together at Glentoran around a decade ago while Taylor's career has also taken him to Ballymena United.

The 32-year-old is Nixon's second major signing of the summer, following on from Daniel Burns' return to Wilgar Park over the weekend.
