The NI Football League are delighted to announce Lough 41 as the new title sponsors of the Championship and Premier Intermediate League for three seasons.
Lough 41 are a new all-inclusive food market based at the Loughshore Park in Antrim, which includes some well-known outlets such as the Boathouse and ‘Made in Antrim’.
Gerard Lawlor of NI Football League said “It is fantastic to be able to announce our new sponsorship with Lough 41. Our Championship and Premier Intermediate League have suffered during the pandemic, so this is a huge boost ahead of their return to football to have a new and innovative partner backing these leagues”
Lough 41 owner Greig McAfee said, “We’re delighted to be partnering with the NI Football League for sponsorship of the Championship and Premier Intermediate League. The leagues give our new brand a superb platform to grow and we look forward to welcoming players, supporters and officials to our venues at the Loughshore Park in Antrim this season!”
The sponsorship will be in place for both divisions until the end of the 2023/2024 season and will include benefits for member clubs and officials on matchdays.
The eagerly anticipated Lough 41 Championship season kicks off this Saturday (7 August), with the Lough 41 Premier Intermediate League kicking off 10 days later, on Tuesday 17 August.
