Linfield's David Healy is the Northern Ireland Football Writers' Association's Manager of the Month for November.

The Blues finished the month unbeaten with league victories over Portadown, Glenavon, Ballymena United and Larne. It's the 14th time the former Northern Ireland striker has won the monthly prize.

Healy said: "I'm delighted to win this award because it means we're in a good run of form and we're picking up points.

"We had a slow start to the league season but thankfully results have improved. This award reflects the efforts of the players and the coaching staff, not just myself.

"I'd like to thank the Football Writers' for this award. I'm told it's the 14th time I've won this award. I keep all the trophies in my office."
