Tobermore United put Lurgan Celtic to the sword with a clinical five-goal performance at Knockramer Park.

United raced into the lead as early as the third minute through Ryan Winton before Peter Duffin added a second a few minutes later.

To their credit Celtic dominated possession for the next half-an-hour, but they failed to turn the domination into genuine scoring chances and it was Tobermore who struck next, through Conor Kearns just before half-time to all but seal the points.

Duffin then added number four eight minutes into the second half after beating the offside trap and whilst Gerard Rooney pulled one back with a retaken penalty with just over a quarter-of-an-hour remaining Duffin bagged his hat-trick soon after to complete the scoring.
