Ards halted their recent losing streak with victory over Glentoran at The Oval.

After a scoreless first half Guillaume Keke broke the deadlock after beating the offside trap to meet a Cameron Stewart ball to send a low drive beyond the reach of Elliott Morris.

And a Morris error ten minutes later when he dropped the ball over his own line doubled Ards' lead and put the points within grasp.

Curtis Allen did pull one back on 78 minutes with a clinical finish below Sam Johnston but it was too little, too late to salvage anything from the game.
