Glenavon ended their campaign with a sweeping four-goal victory over Cliftonville at Mourneview Park.

Stephen Murray kicked the scoring off on 13 minutes after showing good control to produce a fine turn and shot past Richard Brush from ten yards.

Andy Hall then added a second after half-an-hour in somewhat fortuituous circumstances when his corner was carried along in the Storm Hannah gusts to take it past Brush into the net.

Then, a minute from the break, Murray doubled his tally for the afternoon with a swivelled finish beyond the Reds keeper after Aaron Harmon had delivered the decisive cross.

Cliftonville's day got worse just after the hour following Ryan Catney's dismissal for a challenge on Jordan Jenkins, and their luck was out after that when Ryan Curran headed against the crossbar with Garry Breen's rebound cleared off the line.

Ross Hunter completed the scoring with Glenavon's fourth goal a couple of minutes from time after applying the close range finish to Hall's squared ball across the six yard box.
