Loughgall hit five goals without reply past Knockbreda to reach the next round of the BetMcLean Cup.
Nedas Maciulaitis opened the scoring on 16 minutes with a drive from the edge of the box, before Ben Magee made it 2-0 soon after dispossessing a defender and beating keeper Benjamin Fry.
Maciulaitis added a third for the Villagers early in the second half from Andrew Hoey's pass before Mark Patton and Ryan Masterson found the net later in the game to wrap the scoring up.
