The Northern Ireland Football League (NIFL) is saddened to learn of the passing of former Irish League President Bobby Jameson.

Mr. Jameson enjoyed a long affiliation with Portadown Football Club, having served as Director and Vice-Chairman at Shamrock Park and had the honour of being elected the last President of the Irish Football League Ltd. prior to the transfer of league operations to the Irish FA.

Our thoughts are with the Jameson family circle as well as everyone connected with Portadown Football Club at this sad time.
