A full round of games in the Playr-Fit Premier Intermediate League very much favoured the away side as five clubs picked up three points on the road.

Leaders Limavady United travelled to The Dub to take on bottom of the table PSNI, and emerged victorious courtesy of goals from Ian Parkhill and Tiarnan Boorman.

The Roesiders moved in front after just five minutes when Parkhill converted from the spot, and that was how it stayed until just a couple of minutes from time when Boorman made sure of the points for the visitors.

Two goals midway through the first half ensured Queen's University defeated Moyola Park at the Coleraine Showgrounds.

Declan Martin opened the scoring on 22 minutes after pouncing on a short back pass to take the ball around keeper Andrew Findlay and into the net.

Then, five minutes after that, Ben Mulgrew doubled the Students lead after getting on the end of an Adam Robinson through ball to confidently slot past Findlay.

Ballymacash Rangers picked up their first league win in three outings with victory over Tobermore United at Fortwilliam Park.

They had to come from behind, however, when Daniel McIlhatton fired Tobermore in front just after the half-hour mark.

But 'Cash only had to wait sixty seconds to level when recent signing Lewis Higginson found the net before, six minutes after the break, Michael Moore edged them in front for the first time.

That was how it stayed, though, until a minute into added time when Carl McComb made sure of the points for the visitors.

Armagh City defeated Dollingstown by the odd goal in three at Planters Park.

The Eagles held the lead at the break when, on 35 minutes, Jack Clarke sent a low right-foot strike from distance beyond the reach of keeper Macauley Cairns.

Conall Curran levelled for the Dollybirds from the spot midway through the second half after he had been upended by keeper Conner Byrne as he burst into the area.

But City's winner came with six minutes remaining through Conor Mullen after he controlled a Jordan King ball into the area to turn and slot past Cairns at the near post.

Matthew Holloway bagged both goals as Rathfriland Rangers defeated Warrenpoint Town at Milltown.

The 24-year-old opened the scoring after half-an-hour with a right-foot effort driven low beyond Lewis Deane into the far corner.

He then doubled up early in the second half with a finish past the home keeper at the near post.

'Point pulled one back with a quarter-of-an-hour remaining when Rory Powell converted from the spot, awarded after he had been fouled in the area.

But Warrenpoint's hopes of salvaging something from the game were dealt a blow just four minutes after that when Dauda Shotayo was shown a straight red card for a challenge on Rangers keeper Ronan Burns.

But both Coagh United and Lisburn Distillery did buck the trend for away day wins.

The Whites stormed back from two goals down to defeat Banbridge Town at Ballyskeagh.

The visitors moved in front after 11 minutes when Reece Doyle edged the ball over the line after the home defence couldn't clear a corner after numerous attempts.

Then, six minutes after that, Patrick Shearer doubled the visitors lead after beating the offside trap to beat Ethan Carry.

Distillery were thrown a lifeline right at the end of the first half when Gerard Storey fired home from the spot into the bottom corner awarded after Jonathan Angus had been brought down in the area.

The home side levelled nine minutes after the break when Ryan McNickle found the net at the second attempt after receiving the ball from Jack Berry.

And Berry himself went on to grab the winner with just under a quarter-of-an-hour remaining after cutting inside to curl his finish into the top corner.

Coagh United made it two wins on the bounce with victory over Portstewart at Hagan Park.

Aaron Campbell opened the scoring for the home side on ten minutes before, midway through the first half, Tiarnan Rafferty doubled up.

And that was how it stayed until the third minute of added time when James Ferguson bagged a third for Coagh to complete the scoring.
