FIVE STAR SION BLITZ BLUES
Sion Swifts Ladies swept to a comprehensive 5-1 victory over Linfield Women at the Melvin Sports Complex.
Chloe McGlade opened the scoring for Sion with a finish inside the near post from the edge of the area, before Mia Moore levelled for the Blues with a superb volley after a corner hadn't been cleared.
Naomi McLaughlin restored Sion's lead early in the second half with a curling effort from distance, with Aoibhe O'Neill adding another just after the hour from the spot.
Two late goals from Cora Chambers, a sweeping finish from Kelly Crompton's ball forward, and Aimee Neal's back post header from a corner completed the scoring.
