Bangor and Queen's University shared the spoils as the top two met at Clandeboye Park.
The Seasiders might have led at the break only for Tom Mathieson to see his 36th minute effort turned onto the crossbar by keeper Dean Smyth.
But the deadlock was broken on 52 minutes when the ball fell for Lewis Harrison on the edge of the area which he blasted past the Queen's keeper.
However, the Students levelled with ten minutes remaining when Ronan Young beat James Taylor from close range.
