SION HIT LISBURN FOR SIX
Sion Swifts Ladies hit six goals without reply past Lisburn Ladies at the Bluebell Stadium.
All the scoring in a stunning first half display, including a hat-trick for Cora Chambers and two for Kerry Brown while Naomi McLaughlin also found the net.
Brown opened the scoring after just two minutes, before Chambers opened her account for the night four minutes after.
Chambers struck again after a quarter-of-an-hour, with McLaughlin getting her name on the scoresheet on 22 minutes just ahead of Chambers' hat-trick goal. Brown then completed the scoring on 31 minutes.
The second half was a more even affair an invigorated home side coming close through Danni Jennings' effort being turned away by keeper Lauren Currie.
At the other end Jessica Poots pulled off an even more impressive save with around a quarter-of-an-hour remaining with a fingertip save to push the ball just over the bar.
